MY STORY
I think we can all recognized the ways we get in our own way and block our success. It’s rooted in a deep capacity to protect, and there is a way through it.
In the beginning of the 2008 recession, I was 2 years into my real estate career and lost everything. I was hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt, and in order to just make my mortgage payment I ended up selling alarms for the company that I used to own.
It was a time when my entire life seemed to crumble around me. The abuse of my past darkened an already conflicted battle of finding purpose, confidence, and a clear direction to pursue. Instead, I chose to fight back.
That became the turning point into the most profitable period of my life as I learned to adapt and capitalize on opportunity in the middle of the 2 worst years of the recession. I went from 6 figures in debt to building a 7 figures business.
The more I aligned my purpose and path, the more I gained traction. My career took flight. I developed subdivisions, helped launch multi-million dollar growth strategies, published a book and podcast. I turned my entire life into a laboratory to understand exactly how to create wealth and success doing WHAT I WAS CREATED TO DO!
And today, I have the incredible opportunity to coach executives, entrepreneurs, and entire companies around the 6 pillars that transformed my life. What I have discovered in my journey is it is all about people. Embracing who we are and stepping fully into becoming WHO WE WERE CREATED TO BE.

Why are you on the fence? You're on the fence because there's a part of you that wants to move forward. There's a part of you that's scared.
The only way out is in. So look inside and say, “what is the fear that's holding me back and what's the potential if I did it?” At some point, your why, or the pain of what you don't have, is significant enough that you would do anything to get it. If you want something bad enough, I'm willing to guarantee you that we can hit it. I don't have any doubt in my ability to compliment you and be the sounding board and backfill for you to accomplish what you want.

Coaching with me is a creative process. That's the most important thing is there's not a manual for this, it's life experience. It's intuition, it's creation from things that don't necessarily exist. And it's plugging all of those forces in to helping a person create something that they need, and then using frameworks to ensure that we're clearing a path so that it's possible. It's a very creative process.

Yes and no. Every one of our coaching engagements ends up involving them personally and their family. Your strategy for business is your strategy for your life. So there's going to be inevitable overlap in the successes you're having and the challenges you're having and you can't solve one problem without the other. Without really involving the others. Like I said, it's more about the people than the problem, because when you are empowered to overcome things and create balance in your life, it will improve every part of your life.

I think 80% of the coaches out there are focused on making money. This is a job for them and the hardest part of this is you can't really tell the difference until you engage.
Some coaches live what they teach and this will never be a job for us. It's more of a mission or it's a passion. It's not a job for me. It's my life's purpose. And you'll know that within 20 minutes of talking to me. So if that's a big question for you, we should chat and find out for yourself.
